The WordPress platform is a huge favourite at Web Design Daventry and we all thought we should share with you what are favourite plug-ins are in order to make life a lot more pleasant and user friendly for all those budding designers wanting to explore this amazing content management system. We’re nice like that you see.

Only available through the following link, http://ryowebsite.com/wp-plugins/category-visibility/, this plug-in will prove very useful if you’re looking to exclude certain post titles from the latest posts feed, front-end feed, search results, well everything actually. Great if you have a lot of posts that you don’t want visible on your news homepage.

WP-Paginate

This simple to use plug-in is a great way to divide the amount of posts present on your wordpress’ index.php. It allows you to go from an amateur looking site where users have to scroll endlessly down the page to having chic, clean and professional look by only displaying a certain number of posts. Don’t worry though; users can still see older posts by clicking on the automatically installed page numbers at the top and bottom.
